This listing is for the photographed Authentic Signed Delft Porcelain Sterling Silver Windmill Oval Brooch. The Brooch measures approximately 1.25 inches in length. Signed "Delft" on the reverse of the porcelain, but the color has been faded from age so can be difficult to identify. A beautiful, twisted sterling silver design frames the blue delft porcelain inlay. The porcelain piece has the signature Delft windmill and farm scene painted in blue, alluding to the company's history in the Netherlands. A C-Shaped clasp is used as the closure on this piece. Excellent authentic vintage sterling piece from a company with an extremely interesting history! Must have for any jewelry collection!
