This page is a great tool to use for general questions in regards to orders and or any difficulty you may be experiencing. As always, we try to provide the most upfront information to our customers so this page will be in constant update. Where is my order?
Our standard shipping time is filled 1-2 business days after your order is placed. That being said, many (but not all) our orders are sent with tracking. If that tracking isn't provided to you, a Treasure Hunter Support Team rep can find that for you quickly. It's always good to make sure you allow the time for USPS to make the delivery. I would say 9/10 when a customer asks where their order is, they usually get it the next day or the day after.
Are these coins/items real or fake?
All coins, paper currency describes as the material in its description is 100% real. If the description or title says silver, then the coin is made from silver and genuine US legal currency. There are a few items, such as the wooden nickels, that are wood but actual US legal tender. It is also important to know, that many of these items are no longer in circulation; meaning even though our items are worth more then the denomination, if for some reason you tried to buy a soda using a Colorado state issued $5 note from 1840, they might not accept it. The best thing to do is always reach out to us if you curious on anything about the item.
What is the return policy?
Treasure Hunter Company does have a 30 day return policy. Once the item is received back and a return has been requested, that return would be placed back to the original form of payment made. Please note ALL ORDERS ARE RECORDED ON CAMERA, once we receive the return back, a Treasure Hunter Support rep will review the packaged item and verify the authenticity. Our suggestion as well is to send back your return with tracking, that why we can verify where the item is in transit.
Will my coins/items be protected in shipping?
Treasure Hunter Co takes great pride in its packaging from orders of a Cull penny to orders of Gold. All packages are sealed in multiple layers to protect from damage and for presentation. We like our customers to have a nice and easy unboxing experience but also note the importance of the collectibles we are sending. For more information on what our packing system looks like we are updating our youtube channel with some order, obviously names averted, and our "About US" also gives good insight as to the care given to each order.
Why hasn't my coin/item shipped yet?
Many times this is a delay in finding the item or the shipping address. A good thing to check is your email, anytime anything is taking past the normal shipping time, we will reach out to you with a heads up or to confirm the shipping address is correct. You can also always use the "Contact Treasure Hunter" tab below or reach out to support@treasurehunterco.com.
I received someone else's order, what do I do?
Please reach out to Support@treasurehunterco.com as soon as you can. Once it is confirmed, we can resend you a prepackaged return slip to send back to us. Similar to our return policy, once we receive that item back, we will issue a refund to the method that originally made the payment.
Why do I need to pay more for faster shipping?
Shipping cost is something we try to keep as low as possible for our customers. That being said, we like to provide the option for customers to get their items asap. Unfortunately that price does increase the shipping coast. It is a cost that goes directly into upgrading the shipping and comes at no profit for us. We as always want to try alternative solutions to get our customers their items asap, but sometimes standard shipping is just the most sensible.

Do I need to pay shipping each time I buy a coin/item?
NO! You and us both can save a ton of money by just checking out all at once! Dont be afraid to fill of your cart with your favorite coins and then purchase them all at once. The only time 2 orders would need to be made is if there are multiple shipping addresses.
