This listing is for Unknown Date Heavy Distorted Blurry Lincoln Memorial Post Mintage Alteration Penny. This unique Lincoln Memorial penny was altered after leaving the mint. It also has a remarkable size difference compared to an average penny, showing the strangeness of this piece. The rim of this coin is larger and thicker than average and doesn't have a cleanly defined border; it's messier and chunkier, additionally removing the text detailing around the border of the coin and ultimately leaving a less detailed coin as the final product. Strange Find!!!
