This listing is for one 1917 1 Dollar Bill Legal Tender Note, as pictured. The 1917 One dollar bill is the last year for this design that was started in 1869. Signed by Teehee and Burke. Portrait of President George Washington at the center, print of Columbus arriving in the Americas at the left end. The reverse design identifies these notes as a "Sawhorse Reverse." This note and issue has a small red scalloped seal, differentiating it from other issues. Fr.36 (Friedberg Number 36). Cull (Poor) grade/condition, extremely circulated from age, many tears and split in several places, as pictured. Incredibly cool find!
