This listing is for the photographed 1951 French West Africa 25 Franc Banknote. Issued bt the Bank of West Africa under French monetary policy. Rare issue date; issued October 2nd, 1951 (2-10-1951). The obverse of this note shows a woman at the center surrounded by plants/leaves. The reverse displays a man and buffalo at the center with a jungle background scene. Very Fine (VF) grade/condition, some stains and folds. Fantastic piece of history and very scarce date type. P#38 (Pick Number 38).
