This listing is for the photographed 1928 Algeria 20 Franc Large Note. This note was issued by the Bank of Algeria while the country was under French monetary policy, dated October 20th, 1928, an early and rarer date for these notes! The obverse of this note shows a portrait of a young woman in the lower right corner. The reverse of this note features two young boys with native plants behind them at the center. Very Fine (VF) grade/condition, some visible folds and other signs of circulation, rough margins, as pictured. Great rarer Algeria franc note from before World War II! Excellent addition to any collection! P#78b (Pick Number 78b).
