This listing is for the photographed Antique 1910s Postcard featuring an aerial view of Holyrood Palace, Edinburgh Scotland. This postcard is unposted but has the writing "July 14th" on the reverse. The Wrench Series postcards were published from 1900-04 by (John) Evelyn Leslie Wrench, and from 1904-06 as Wrench Postcards Ltd. Wrench went on to work for Lord Northcliffe's newspapers, including the Daily Mail, and to launch the English-Speaking Union in 1918. He was knighted in 1932.
