This listing is for the photographed 1946 National Bank of Belgium 100 Franc Banknote. This note was issued on April 30th, 1946, shortly after the end of World War II. This date is early in the issuance of this note type, making it a more sought-after note compared to other issues! Series G.856. The obverse of this note depicts a portrait of Leopold I on the left end, and the Justice Palace in Brussels at the center. Reverse shows a printing of troops on horseback at the center right. Note is in Very Fine (VF) grade/condition, some visible folds and signs of circulation, as pictured. Excellent find from an interesting era of world history! P#126 (Pick Number 126).
