This listing is for the Seal of The States of Connecticut. It depicts the state seal, which includes three grapevines inside a shield with the Latin motto "Qui Transtulit Sustinet". The back of this item suggests it was previously a lapel pin or some other form of wearable Connecticut history. Now due to it missing that piece it's just a token of Connecticut features a high relief detailed state seal. Interesting Find!!!
