배송 정책
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days unless otherwise stated in the product listing. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you using the contact information provided with your order.
Shipping Methods
TreasureHunterCo ships through trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping methods and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout when available.
Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. TreasureHunterCo is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to have the order reshipped.
Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped. Please allow carriers up to 24-48 hours to update tracking information after a label has been created.
Insurance and High-Value Shipments
At our discretion, valuable items may require signature confirmation, insurance, or additional security measures to ensure safe delivery.
Orders containing rare coins, precious metals, currency, jewelry, or other high-value collectibles may require an adult signature upon delivery.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.
TreasureHunterCo is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, transportation issues, labor disruptions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should first contact the carrier and check with household members, neighbors, apartment offices, or mailrooms. We will assist with carrier claims when possible but cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide photographs of:
- The damaged item
- The shipping package
- Any visible damage to the shipping materials
Failure to provide photographs may limit our ability to file claims with the carrier.
Precious Metals and Market-Value Products
Orders containing gold, silver, platinum, palladium, bullion, or products primarily valued based on precious metal content may not be canceled once payment has been processed.
Due to market fluctuations, these products are considered final sale and are subject to the terms outlined in our Return & Refund Policy and Terms of Service.
International Shipping
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by their country.
TreasureHunterCo is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or international shipping processes.
Risk of Loss
Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the shipping carrier. Any shipping insurance claims will be handled according to the carrier's policies and procedures.
