This listing is for the photographed 1957 National Bank of Cuba 1 Peso Banknote. Note was issued in 1957, a rarer series issue for these notes. This note has a serial number with the suffix letter A. The obverse side of this note displays a portrait of Jose Marti on the right end, and the Civic Square (today the Revolution Square) at the center. The reverse of this note shows the Republic of Cuba coat of arms at the center, and two scenes of sugar production, both the harvesting and industrial process, on the left and right ends. Very Fine (VF) grade/condition, some visible folds and signs of wear, as pictured. P#87b (Pick Number 87b). Rarer type of Cuban banknote in excellent condition. Perfect addition to any collection!
