This Listing is for a République française 1937 Telephone Token. The Obverse of this token depicts Marianne wearing a Phrygian cap surrounded by text with the date below. Lucien Georges Bazor engraved his signature to the right of the portrait. The Reverse has the lettering P.T.T. in a deep square groove down the middle with text and a wreath design on the raised portions. P.T.T. abbreviation stands for Posts, Telegraphs and Telephones. This coin is a unique design and a great find!
