This listing is for the 1900 San Francisco Horse bridle 2-bit token. The two bits on the reverse of the token play on words, as " two bits " is an older American colloquialism for a quarter. A bit was 12 1/2 cents, so two bits were equivalent to a quarter. Small (2 mm) hole through the center of the token. Originally used at Mills Novelty Co. Business in old downtown San Francisco, California. Great find!
