Vintage Pont Champlain Bridge Token - Montreal Bridge Currency - 1900s Bridge Token

This listing is for the photographed Vintage Pont Champlain Bridge Token. This vintage token comes from before 1990 when the Champlain bridges tolls in Montreal, Quebec, Canada was closed and replaced by Jaques Cartier and Champlain bridges Incorporated. The tokens were issued by the National Harbours Board and would be used to pay the toll for crossing the bridge. The bridge would connect Montreal to its more south shore suburbs.
