The Lincoln cent has been struck by the United States Mint since 1909. The obverse or heads side was designed by Victor David Brenner, as was the original reverse, depicting two stalks of wheat (thus "wheat pennies", struck 1909–1958).
This wheat penny turns 74 years old this year (2021). Would make a cool gift for someone's 74th birthday.
A semi-key date, this coin makes an excellent addition to any collection; a piece of history. As can be seen in the pictures, the coin is in great shape. XF Grade.
San Francisco and Delaware Mints are also available; please feel free to message with any requests.
Please feel free to message with any questions. Thanks so much for stopping by!
