This 10c stationary was issued and sold on the New York Festival Barge, which sailed on a 1976 tour of the states waterways in commemoration of the country's Bicentennial. The stamp cover features the cachet "The Seafaring Tradition", which features the silhouette of a sailing ship on the left end, as well as a compass rose beside the 10 cent denomination featured in the upper right corner.
