This listing is for the photographed 1944 100 Mark German Banknote issued by the Allied Military in the final years of World War II. This note was issued with the "F-" printer code, meaning that it was printed in the United States. It was also issued with a 9-digit serial number. Extremely fine (XF) grade/condition, minor folds and other signs of wear. P#197a (Pick Number 197a). Excellent piece of history and a great addition to any collection!

The "AM-Mark" (Allied Military Currency) was issued in Allied-occupied Germany during the Second World War. There is a printing mark used to determine which side printed each note; the United States printed notes included an "F" in the lower right corner of the ornament border, and the Soviet Union printed notes did not include the mark. These notes were circulated until 1948.
