These three items have a range of possible histories. All found in New Hampshire, the sites are as follows:
Floral Copper / Brass pin: Hampton Beach NH
This particular item appears handmade. The mold used is uneven and imprecise. Though the date could be a very wide range, I estimate it is at least pre-1950.
Copper Button (thicker): UNH (University of New Hampshire) by college woods
Estimated date is in the early 1800's based on the composition and style of manufacture. It has a foot at the bas of the clasp that has been soldered on.
Brass button: UNH (University of New Hampshire) center campus - About 1 foot deep
Estimated date is in the mid 1800's based on the composition and style of manufacture. The clasp has been bent down. This is a heavier button made of a thicker material, and may have a been part of a uniform.
This set also includes one copper / stone earring that was also found at UNH (last photograph).
All items are roughly dated
Cool vintage buttons!
