This listing is for the photographed 1953-A 2 Dollar US Legal Tender Note with a Faded Red/Orange Ink Contamination Error. This note is meant to have a red seal and serial numbers, but from an error of ink contamination the red from these parts of the note has faded to an orange or gold color, making it an interesting find! This is NOT a gold seal note, only has a faded seal and serial number. Choice Very Fine (VF+) grade/condition, minimal visible folds and signs of circulation. Great interesting find and makes for an excellent addition to any collection! Fr.1510 (Friedburg Number 1510).
