Beautiful sterling silver pendant depicting a marching band helmet/hat otherwise known as a shako made by Kinney Jewelry. Well painted and detailed shako with black and silver hues that light up the pendant beautifully. The caps were originally worn by the Hussars of Hungary in the 18th century that would become the standard military headdress for Europeans and the Americas by 1800.
