This listing is for the photographed 1933 Campaign Token presented for the Century of Progress expo in Chicago. Great piece of history and would make a great gift! Silver Plated Nickel.
From the New Yorker in 1933: "Colonel House suggested the Roosevelt coin. PPA had previously tried to strike up deal with the Democratic Committee, but they were chuckling over the old Republican Lucky Piece. PPA believes that this tillicum charm saved Roosevelt from the Zangara bullet in Miami but they haven't dared ask him if he was carrying it."

The coins were packed flat (letter style), encased in plastic covering and not touching each other to prevent damage during postage - despite being on the other side of the world, they arrived safely - and quickly!
