The obverse of this note depicts a portrait of Dutch Golden Age painter Frans Hals (1582/83-1666) on the right end with three tactile marks on the left end for the visually impaired. The reverse of this note does not have an "o" printed in the center of the bullseye design in the upper left corner, differentiating it from other note issues.
