This listing features a Circa 1900s Antique Mt. Vesuvius (Vesuvio) Volcano Italy Artist Painting Postcard. This postcard dates to before 1907 as identified by the lack of a divider on the back of the postcard. The dividing line on the back of postcards was only allowed to be added to postcards starting in 1907. The artwork on the postcard depicts the volcano Mount Vesuvius before the 1906 eruption, likely made in 1905. The postcard was manufactured by Richter & Co. as identified by the text on the bottom edge of the card. Stunning antique card made by an artist from the early 1900s. Great condition.
