This Listing is for a Cinemark Movie Theatre Ticket Token from the 1960s. The Obverse of this token depicts the face of "Popcorn Penny," who was their anthropomorphic cat from Cinemark's promotional films. Popcorn Penny is the sweetheart of the front row, the main Cinemark character. 17 stars surround her. The reverse of this coin has 10 stars, 5 on the top and 5 on the bottom, and has the title Cinemark in the middle with "The best seat in town" underneath. The tokens were used at Cinemark theaters for their arcade games. Great find!
