This listing is for the United States Proof Set 1979 Type 2 Clear S. The Type 2 version is characterized by serifs are distinct, well-formed, and completely separated from the central stroke. The top and bottom openings show clear, visible holes that reveal the mirror background. Created using a newly replaced mint mark punch later in 1979. This proof set has clear and crisp mint marks present on all coins. Great Find!!!
