This single-sided, uniface metal inlay features the iconic right-facing profile bust of the 26th U.S. President, Theodore Roosevelt, meticulously sculpted and signed by legendary Western artist James Earle Fraser. 

The obverse displays deep, crisp relief details accompanied by the historic dates MDCCCLVIII (1858) and MCMXIX (1919).
