Return & Refund Policy

At TreasureHunterCo, customer satisfaction is important to us. We stand behind the authenticity and accuracy of every item we sell. Please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Standard Return Policy

Most items may be returned within 15 days of delivery for a refund, provided that:

  • The item is returned in the same condition as received.
  • Any original packaging, certificates of authenticity, tags, and included accessories are returned with the item.
  • The item has not been altered, cleaned, damaged, or modified in any way.
  • The customer contacts us before initiating a return.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Gold, Silver, Platinum, and Precious Metal Bullion

Due to the constantly changing market prices of precious metals, all sales of gold, silver, platinum, palladium, and bullion-related products purchased based on their precious metal value are final and non-refundable.

This policy helps protect against market fluctuations, speculative buying, and price manipulation. Once an order containing precious metals has been confirmed and shipped, it cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Examples include but are not limited to:

  • Gold coins and bars
  • Silver coins and bars
  • Gold and silver rounds
  • Bullion products
  • Junk silver sold primarily for metal value
  • Any item priced based substantially on current precious metal market values

Coins, Currency, Antiques & Collectibles

Collectible coins, paper currency, antiques, jewelry, and other numismatic or collectible items may be returned within the 15-day return period unless otherwise stated in the listing.

Items sold in sealed holders, third-party grading slabs, or original packaging must be returned unopened and unaltered.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping or if we sent the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging. We will work quickly to resolve the issue through replacement, exchange, or refund when appropriate.

Authenticity Guarantee

We guarantee the authenticity of all items we sell. If a recognized third-party expert or grading service determines that an item sold by TreasureHunterCo is not authentic, please contact us immediately so we can review the documentation and resolve the matter.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost during return transit.

Policy Updates

TreasureHunterCo reserves the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will apply only to orders placed after the revised policy is published.
