Las fichas Conder, también conocidas como fichas provinciales del siglo XVIII, fueron una forma de moneda de ficha acuñada y utilizada de forma privada durante la última parte del siglo XVIII y principios del siglo XIX en Inglaterra, Anglesey y Gales, Escocia e Irlanda.
La fuerza impulsora detrás de la necesidad de la acuñación de fichas fue la escasez de monedas de pequeña denominación para las transacciones diarias. Sin embargo, la demanda fue impulsada por otros factores como la Revolución Industrial, el crecimiento de la población y la preponderancia de las monedas falsificadas en circulación. Debido a que el gobierno hizo poco esfuerzo para mejorar esta escasez, los propietarios de negocios privados y los comerciantes tomaron el asunto en sus propias manos, y las primeras fichas de este tipo se emitieron en 1787 para pagar a los trabajadores de la Compañía Minera. En 1795, se habían acuñado millones de fichas de unos pocos miles de diseños diferentes y estaban en uso común en toda Gran Bretaña.
