El billete de dos dólares de los Estados Unidos (2 dólares) es una denominación de la moneda de los Estados Unidos. Un retrato de Thomas Jefferson, el tercer presidente de los Estados Unidos (1801–1809), aparece en el anverso del billete. El reverso presenta un grabado de la residencia de Jefferson, Monticello.
A lo largo de la vida del billete de 2 dólares anterior a 1929 como billete de gran tamaño, se emitió como United States Note, National Bank Note, certificado de plata, Treasury o "Coin" Note y Federal Reserve Bank Note. Cuando la moneda de los EE. UU. cambió a su tamaño actual, el billete de 2 dólares se emitió solo como United States Note. La producción continuó hasta 1966, cuando los United States Notes se eliminaron gradualmente y la denominación de 2 dólares se descontinuó hasta 1976, cuando se reeditó como Federal Reserve Note con un nuevo diseño inverso.
