This listing is for the photographed 1944 Bank of Japan 10 Sen Fractional Note. Issued in 1944, or the 19th year of the Showa era by the Bank of Japan. Printed during World War 2 as emergency fractional currency. Obverse of this note shows the exterior of the Ametsuchi-no-motohashira monument on the left end. Reverse depicts a purple ornamented design featuring the notes denomination. Circulated condition. P#53a (Pick Number 53a). Beautifully designed note that makes for a great addition to any collection!
