This listing is for the photographed 1840 William Harrison Campaign Medal. We have only been able to find another example of this exact medal in the two US Museums. In contacting those museums, we have not been able to identify any others in existence for sale anywhere. Unique and very rare type of campaign medal. The typical design shows the same obverse (front) of the coin, but the reverse of the more common medal shows a Log Cabin with flag flying from the roof and a Cider barrel with different lettering. See Numista for an example here: https://en.numista.com/catalogue/exonumia60145.html

This example is an entirely different design with an eagle, and the only lettering in the ribbon "Tippecanoe".

William Henry Harrison gained national fame in 1811 when he defeated a band of Native Americans at Tippecanoe near present-day Lafayette, Indiana. Though Harrison retired from the army in 1814, most Americans remembered his military service. When he ran for president in 1840, campaign slogans, songs and materials, such as this coin, constantly referred to Harrison as Tippecanoe.
